Machinery Maintenance Technician (Industrial Environment)

Location: Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin area
Type: Full-Time, Permanent W-2 Employee
Shift: 2nd Shift
Compensation: $34 per hour

• Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 8 hours

• Double time for hours worked on Sundays
  Benefits: Full benefits package

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Machinery Maintenance Technician to join a well-established, employee-focused manufacturing company with a century of success and continuous growth. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of the plant’s machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance across key systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work the 2nd shift schedule consistently.

• Perform a variety of industrial maintenance tasks to keep machinery running efficiently.

• Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, ensuring peak performance.

• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic systems.

• Maintain and repair conveyor systems.

• Perform welding tasks as needed to support equipment repair and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with hydraulic system maintenance and repair.

• 3+ years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic systems.

• 3+ years of conveyor system maintenance and repair.

• Proficient in welding for equipment repair.

• Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift.

• Solid and stable work history.

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.

• Reside within a 45-minute commute of Fort Atkinson, WI.
