Electrical Mechanical CNC Machine Maintenance

  • Minimum of two years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance within a CNC environment

This is a full-time, permanent third shift position for a CNC Machine Maintenance professional at a well-established manufacturer of advanced design cutting tools.   • The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Training on first shift before transitioning to third shift
  • Performing a wide range of electrical, electronic, controls, mechanical, and maintenance tasks during the third shift
  • Diagnosing, repairing, aligning, and calibrating various equipment and machines
  • Using precision tools such as micrometers, gauge blocks, torque wrenches, and oscilloscopes
  • Analyzing and interpreting schematics, engineering drawings, and specifications
  • Installing and fitting spindles and bearings
  • Fabricating replacement parts using machining techniques
  • Installing various electrical components, circuits, and equipment
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of industrial electrical equipment and systems
  • Adhering to electrical codes and regulations
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electronic controls
  • Wiring and connecting new and existing equipment
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • Ability to complete training on the first shift before transitioning to the third shift
  • At least two years of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance within a CNC environment
  • Experience in maintaining lathes, mills, and/or machining centers is preferred
  • Knowledge of relay and digital logic systems
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting ladder drawings and schematics
  • Willingness to work the third shift schedule
  • Consistent and reliable work history
  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
  • Residing within a 45-minute commute of the New Berlin, Wisconsin area
