Account Manager - Healthcare

Are you a relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering value to clients? We're seeking a driven Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of key client relationships—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and exceed performance goals.


What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to your clients—helping them succeed while identifying new opportunities to grow our partnerships. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, resolve issues, and optimize account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Understand client goals and challenges to provide custom solutions

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services

  • Develop and manage account plans aligned with business objectives

  • Track performance metrics and share actionable insights with clients

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities to drive account growth

  • Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly and professionally

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client industries

  • Lead contract discussions, renewals, and pricing strategies

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client retention and revenue goals

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office

  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Industry knowledge (tech, finance, advertising, etc.) is a plus
