Account Sales Representative (ASR)
Location: Indianapolis North, covering areas including Carmel, Fishers, Anderson, Muncie, and Westfield. The ideal candidate would reside in the northern suburbs of Indianapolis.
We are currently seeking an Account Sales Representative (ASR) to join our Women’s Health sales team!
The ASR will provide service and sales support to help drive market adoption and business growth. Core responsibilities include assisting Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) in increasing revenue and market development through direct sales to individual MFMs and OB/GYNs. This role involves cultivating and maintaining key relationships and supporting a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth quickly. Support efforts will focus on both currently marketed products and new product launches.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support CFS with a focus on closing business
- Maintain and support existing customers in collaboration with assigned CFS
- Assess the needs of medical professionals and staff, providing customer support, logistics coordination, and problem-solving
- Promote quality client/patient relations and foster a supportive work environment
- Maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information
- Adhere to company policies, regulations, and compliance procedures
- Participate in compliance training and follow related procedures
- Perform miscellaneous duties within designated time frames
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and customers to ensure high service quality
- Develop and maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with customers
- Utilize professional and interpersonal skills to promote excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Recognized for individual sales achievements
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tasks efficiently
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong presentation skills for both internal and external audiences
- Effective time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce
This role offers competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE), including a base salary, uncapped quarterly commissions, a car allowance, and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
