Account Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team in the Women's Health division. This position covers the Minneapolis, MN area and extends east to Eau Claire, WI. The ideal candidate should be located in or near Minneapolis, MN.

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to provide sales support and drive market adoption and business growth. Key responsibilities include assisting Clinical Field Specialists (CFS) in generating revenue, fostering relationships with MFMs and OB/GYNs, and developing a strategic business plan to achieve rapid revenue growth. The role will focus on both existing and new product lines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with CFS to close business opportunities

  • Maintain and support existing customers alongside the assigned CFS

  • Analyze the needs of healthcare professionals and staff, providing customer support, managing logistics, and solving problems

  • Promote excellent client/patient relations and serve as a role model for other staff members

  • Maintain confidentiality of laboratory and financial information

  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations

  • Complete assigned miscellaneous duties within specified timeframes

  • Communicate with staff and customers to ensure quality standards

  • Build and maintain a service-oriented relationship with customers

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills leveraging personal and professional abilities

  • Travel required: 60%-70%

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience

  • Preference for background in medical or biological sciences

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

  • Award-winning sales professional with notable individual achievements

  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and results-oriented with exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • Sense of urgency in taking action

  • Desire to thrive in a startup environment and ability to work independently with internal motivation for success

  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with effective presentation ability to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Effective time management skills with ability to assess and prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail, and SalesForce.com

In addition to the base salary, we offer a competitive commission structure that prioritizes performance.
