Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive and specialized care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of various conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct physical examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and meticulous medical records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid and current Clinical Nurse Specialist license in the state of New York.
• National Board Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
• Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in clinical nursing or a related field.
• Exceptional clinical skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care.
