We are currently seeking an experienced individual for the role of Process Instrumentation Specialist.

As a Process Instrumentation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing sales support, conducting feasibility studies, and addressing customer inquiries related to the process product line. This position is based at our Eastern region headquarters located in Richmond, VA and reports to the Advanced Technical Services Center. In addition to a competitive salary range of $80,275/year to $90,900/year, we offer full benefits, a profit-sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings, a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years, and additional bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting and evaluating feasibility studies, including sample measurements.
• Providing installations, training, and technical support to customers.
• Interpreting data and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Participating in conferences and trade shows to showcase our products.
• Being available for frequent overnight travel, which may range from 40% to 60%.

Skills and qualifications we are seeking:

• At least 2 years of experience in the field of analytical instruments or related methods.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for effective communication with clients ranging from scientists to university professors and CEOs.
• Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and passport.
