Job Title: Home Infusion Pharmacist Sales Representative – IVIG & Biologics
Territory: Southern Georgia (Albany, Valdosta, Macon, Columbus, and surrounding areas)
Reports To: Regional Sales Director / President

Position Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven, clinically astute sales professional to lead our Southern Georgia territory. In this field-based role, you will cultivate relationships with key healthcare providers, promote the value of our therapies, and accelerate territory growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote IVIG and biologic therapies to prescribers, infusion centers, and specialty pharmacies

  • Call on specialists including immunologists, neurologists, hematologists, rheumatologists, and related providers

  • Identify and establish new accounts and infusion center relationships across the region

  • Deliver in-depth clinical education and provide patient identification support

  • Collaborate with market access, reimbursement, and patient services to streamline therapy initiation

  • Analyze competitive activity in the infusion space and support strategy development to remain a top service provider

  • Maintain accurate records of activity, performance metrics, and account insights in the CRM system

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals


Preferred Qualifications

  • Clinical or pharmacy background preferred (RN, NP, PA, BS in Pharmacy, Pharm.D)

  • 3–5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience

  • Prior experience with IVIG, biologics, or complex infused therapies is required

  • Demonstrated success in a field-based role with a history of exceeding sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of the Southern Georgia healthcare landscape and provider networks is a plus

  • Excellent communication, business planning, and clinical selling skills

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required


Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 80%)

  • Capable of managing multiple in-person meetings and driving long distances daily

  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs of materials (e.g., samples, sales aids, demonstration devices)

  • Frequent standing and walking during site visits, events, and provider meetings

  • Comfortable working in various clinical environments including hospitals and infusion centers

  • Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekend events

  • Ability to work remotely from a home office when not in the field

  • Must comply with all clinical site PPE and health requirements (e.g., vaccinations, infection control policies)


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience and credentials)

  • Incentives: Uncapped commission based on referrals
