Agricultural Project Manager
Location: Green Bay, WI
We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team as a Farm Project Coordinator in Green Bay, WI. As a Senior Project Manager on our Agriculture Team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch design, planning, permitting, and consulting services to our local farming communities. Your main responsibilities will involve overseeing large-scale agricultural and farmstead improvement projects, renewable natural gas initiatives, and technology enhancements while collaborating with various agricultural clients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Sector Leader to shape the strategy and growth of our agriculture and RNG markets. This position offers flexibility and can be based out of any of our offices, home, or a hybrid arrangement.
GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Farm Project Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate projects related to waste transfer, storage and processing systems, specialized stormwater systems, water quality, building expansion, and permitting
• Collaborate with professionals, contractors, regulatory agencies, and local jurisdictions to complete project work
• Ensure proper permitting of projects through agencies such as WDNR, ACOE, and local government bodies
• Cultivate positive relationships with clients
• Support the Agriculture Team in maintaining existing clients and generating potential leads
• Explore cross-functional opportunities with other market teams for interested candidates

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 4 years of experience (preferably 6+ years)
• Previous agricultural experience is advantageous
• Strong project management, client interaction, marketing, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with HydroCAD or equivalent stormwater modeling software
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced problem-solving abilities and deadline-driven approach
• Willingness to have some fun along the way
