Our client in the Oldsmar, FL area is currently hiring for an Anodizing Supervisor position. This is a permanent role and relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities of the Anodizing Supervisor:

The Anodizing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team, managing processes, ensuring quality, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Supervise and manage all aspects of the anodizing process, from pre-treatment to sealing, to maximize efficiency and maintain quality control.
Establish and enforce quality assurance procedures that consistently meet customer specifications and industry standards.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement, developing and executing strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of technicians and operators, promoting high performance and job satisfaction.
The Anodizing Supervisor will ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, implementing best practices for waste management and pollution prevention.
Collaborate with other departments to address issues and achieve company objectives effectively.
Maintain accurate records of processes and production data, preparing reports for management review.

Background Profile for Anodizing Supervisor:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum extrusion anodizing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of anodizing processes and quality control measures.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process optimization.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
