Mid-Level Antitrust Associate Attorney

Our client, a highly respected and globally recognized international law firm, is currently seeking a skilled Mid-Level Antitrust Associate Attorney to join their team in Philadelphia. Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with a strong academic performance.
• Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania is required.
• 3 to 6 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance is necessary.
• Experience in handling government investigations, including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations, as well as private antitrust litigation, is preferred.
• A solid background in antitrust compliance and counseling is essential.
• Prior experience in a large law firm or government agency is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation, which includes class actions, merger challenges, and competitor lawsuits.
• Advise clients on regulatory investigations conducted by the FTC and DOJ, including merger review and conduct inquiries.
• Provide strategic counsel on antitrust compliance, risk assessment, and regulatory approvals.
• Draft and negotiate important legal documents like motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement defense strategies in complex antitrust matters.
