Hybrid Position


· Ensure adherence to application engineering procedures during the onboarding of new Sales Engineers.

· Evaluate the performance of Sales Engineer I in training and provide valuable feedback to the Lead Sales Engineer, assessing their progress in meeting job requirements and goals.

· Demonstrate excellent communication and mentoring skills, incorporating training and onboarding into daily activities as an essential component.

· Thoroughly and accurately assess the technical and commercial requirements of various applications.

· Select appropriate products that meet the identified needs effectively.

· Create accurate cost models for both standard and customized equipment, ensuring precision in cost estimation.

· Establish competitive pricing levels and realistic lead times to maximize customer satisfaction.

· Effectively communicate requirements to internal engineering and manufacturing teams within the company.

· Collaborate enthusiastically with the Sales Team to develop and present compelling sales strategies to customers.

· Partner with customers and the Engineering team to design innovative custom solutions that effectively address application requirements.

· Manage customer relationships by paying meticulous attention to both the commercial and technical aspects of interactions.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal resources and the Sales Team for successful collaboration.

· Provide timely and effective communication, both verbally and in written form, to internal resources and the Sales Team.


· Bachelor's Degree in either Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in an Application Engineering role, preferably within an OEM setting.
