The role of the Software Development Engineer is to collaborate with the team in the creation, maintenance, and support of production systems. This includes developing both new and existing custom applications, as well as ERP and data collection systems. Additionally, this position will work closely with staff from various affiliate companies to streamline business processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted service for our customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of an Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Programming.
• 5-10 years of experience in a related field. Those with previous leadership experience, leadership training, or a desire to pursue a leadership role will be given priority.
• Proficiency in managing the company's ERP system, which includes IFS / Radley iCARaS / Radley Data Collection. Must have experience in SQL and Oracle database administration, report writing, business intelligence software, and programming languages such as Python, PL/SQL, and Visual Basic.
• Experience with robotics and auto-guided vehicles in a data collection and manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of EDI, Trading Partners, barcode technology, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with applications on Windows and SQL Server.
