What You’ll Be Doing:

• Spend approximately 30% of your time on the phone, handling 20–25 calls daily

• Use your engineering expertise to support customer applications and product selection

• Understand and investigate customer needs to provide optimal solutions

• Guide clients through the sales process using proprietary engineering software

• Analyze requirements and present suitable alternatives to internal sales professionals

• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and virtual platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience

• 2+ years of experience in industrial sales or applications engineering

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for speaking with customers by phone

• Solid work history with a record of reliability and performance

• Must live within 45 minutes of Richfield, WI

• Experience with combustion systems is a plus
