Area Sales FL – Food
Hiring for Florida and Alabama Region - Work from Anywhere in the Region.
Tampa and Orlando Opportunity.
We are a prominent manufacturer and distributor specialized in food ingredients and components.
Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by expanding our customer base, targeting food service providers, restaurants, specialty stores, and convenience stores in the area, and achieving sales and profit targets.
Formulate and execute strategies, presentations, programs, promotional activities, and procedures in collaboration with the Sales Director.
Collaborate with selected Regional Brokers to define sales priorities and objectives for each account and maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on food service, specialty, convenience store, and independent accounts.
Strong understanding of the sales process and market dynamics.
Self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
Previous experience with brokers and distributors is desired.
Proficiency in using Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
Highly motivated to seize new business opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with customers quickly. Travel Requirements: Approximately 50%+ travel in the designated region.
Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000, plus quarterly bonuses based on KPI achievement (sales volume, customer acquisition, sales turnover, CRM utilization).
