Regional Sales Manager

Base salary of $75k with uncapped commission potential - estimated earnings of $350k+ with top performers reaching $600k+. In addition, car allowance of $625/mo., reimbursed travel expenses, and gas reimbursement.

Not looking for candidates with pharmaceutical sales experience.

• Seeking highly motivated individuals with a talent for generating new business through aggressive cold-calling.
• Open to considering B2B sales representatives and representatives with experience in selling any type of medical devices to private practices.
• Prefer candidates with at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Please refrain from submitting candidates with 15 to 20 years of sales experience, as they may not be the right fit for this role or our organization.

Territory covers Northern California and Nevada (excluding Las Vegas).

*The role requires frequent travel, with 3 to 4 overnights per week. Expectations include 60% travel as needed. Schedule may also require occasional nights and weekends.
