Area Sales Manager – Aesthetic Capital Equipment $9k Signing Bonus

The company is a leading global organization specializing in minimally invasive clinical solutions for the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets. They are renowned for their expertise in developing and commercializing cutting-edge energy-based technologies such as Laser, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Radio-Frequency (RF).


  • Salary: $80k with uncapped commissions up to $280k
  • Car Allowance: $832/mo.
  • Home Office Allowance: $275/mo.
  • Signing Bonus: $9,000, paid out at $3k/mo. for the first 3 months

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand sales within the existing customer base while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Create and foster strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to optimize customer relationships and increase face-to-face selling time in the assigned territory.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through on-site visits, cold calling, and continuous pipeline progression.
  • Forecast and submit regular sales reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to devise and execute territory strategies, aiming to secure new account opportunities.
  • Travel within the assigned territory and across the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
  • Proven ability to manage quotas and close complex sales.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
