Regional Sales Supervisor - Laser Technology - Industrial Equipment
Location: Washington, DC (Candidate can live in D.C., MD, or Eastern VA)
Salary: $75k base, estimated $350k+ with commissions (uncapped), $625/mo. car allowance, gas, expenses, and full benefits.
Job Description:

The Regional Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue and implementing effective sales strategies within their assigned territory. You will be tasked with presenting our laser technology products to potential clients in the Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons market, as well as identifying consumer characteristics and recommending promotional tactics. Your goal will be to expand our customer base and establish our reputation in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas for the designated territory
  • Generate leads through cold calling and in-person visits
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and additional services
  • Represent the client and attend conventions
  • Guide customers through the sales cycle
  • Create and close sales opportunities

  • Manage multiple time-sensitive processes simultaneously
  • Handle customer objections and convert them into sales
  • Demonstrate an unwavering dedication to selling
  • Perform product demonstrations

  • Provide timely reports to the Regional Sales Director through the CRM database
  • Build relationships with dermatologists or plastic surgeons
  • Assist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals
  • Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers
  • Achieve a seven-figure sales quota

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales
  • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience is a plus

  • Positive attitude and approach to the job
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have direct reports but will assist in mentoring Territory Sales Managers.

Work Environment:

This job operates remotely, as well as in doctor's offices and spas. Standard office equipment and tools will be utilized.

Physical Demands:

The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.


This position requires approximately 60% travel as needed.
