Area Sales Manager – Lasers – Capital Equipment

Sales Territory Manager - Laser Technology - Capital Machinery
Location: Orlando, FL
Territory Coverage: Candidate can live anywhere in the territory which includes Port Charlotte, FL over to Vero Beach, FL up to Jacksonville.
Salary: $75k base, estimated $350k+ with commissions (uncapped), $625/mo. car allowance, gas, expenses, full benefits.
Job Description:
Sell capital equipment in the form of aesthetic lasers to Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons.
Looking for a motivated, result-driven individual who can exceed a 7-figure sales quota, serve as a mentor, and provide support to Territory Managers.
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales quota for the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through cold calling in person and over the phone.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and additional services.
  • Represent the company at conventions and events.
  • Guide customers through the sales cycle.
  • Create and close sales opportunities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Handle multiple time-sensitive processes simultaneously.
  • Overcome objections and convert them into sales.
  • Perform product demonstrations.
  • Utilize company assets and resources to achieve objectives.
  • Cross-sell products.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to meet individual and group sales quotas.
  • Provide timely reports on leads and sales opportunities in the CRM database.
  • Build relationships with dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
  • Assist in closing deals with Territory Sales Managers.
  • Mentor and support Territory Sales Managers.
  • Achieve a seven-figure sales quota.
  • Close sales successfully.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales
  • Experience in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is a plus.
Required Skills:
  • Positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This role does not have direct reports but will assist in mentoring Territory Sales Managers.
Work Environment:
This job is a remote position. Standard office equipment such as tables, computers, and cell phones will be used. The role also requires visits to doctors' offices and spas.
Physical Demands:
The employee must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.
Travel:
This position requires approximately 60% travel as needed.
Work Authorization:
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States will be required.
