Qualifications:
- Must possess a JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic accomplishments.
- Active Bar Admission in the appropriate jurisdiction is required.
- 2–5 years of substantial experience in securitization transactions, asset-backed securities, or structured finance is necessary.
- Prior involvement in transactions centring on assets like mineral rights, solar loans, royalties, auto loans and leases, credit card receivables, marketplace loans, timeshares, mortgages, single-family rental properties, or trade receivables is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills are vital, with an ability to handle intricate financing structures.
- Prior experience in a large law firm is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:

Provide counsel on a wide range of asset finance and securitization transactions to clients.

Structure, draft, and negotiate transaction documents, including securitization agreements and other financial instruments.

Conduct comprehensive due diligence and offer regulatory guidance for structured finance transactions.

Collaborate alongside cross-functional teams, such as regulatory, corporate, and tax attorneys, to support complex financing processes.

Manage relationships with a sophisticated clientele, including investment funds, financial institutions, and other key market players.
