Assistant Dean – WFD – Work Force Development
Location: Porterville, CA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of workforce programs, focusing on external partnerships
- Equate managerial and teaching duties in the role
- Display proficiency in regulations, audits, and scheduling procedures
- Channel efforts towards the expansion of the BSN program
Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching at a nursing school
- Hold a BSN degree and be enrolled in an MSN program (tuition-free)
- Flexible availability required, including occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Directly supervise a team of 8-10 faculty members, with additional support staff
- Potential for relocation available but not confirmed
- Must hold a valid in-state nursing license
