Our client in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager for a full-time position.

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Deli Manager, you will play a crucial role in our deli department. Your main responsibilities include:
- Creating visually appealing displays and implementing selling initiatives
- Preparing chef-inspired food and catering orders
- Providing excellent customer service both in-person and over the telephone
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation programs
- Collaborating with team members to enhance food preparation processes
- Leading and directing a fast-paced, high-volume production kitchen
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- At least two years of food preparation experience or equivalent education
- Food Handler certification
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Proficient in operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
- Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Familiarity with company and government agency regulations
