Job Summary:

• Assist the project management team in overseeing luxury residential projects.
• Aid in budget tracking, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Participate in on-site safety measures to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support contract and scope development, assisting in RFQ responses and document management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Utilize tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project for project tracking and documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing support for residential construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
