Background and Expertise:
The Assistant Project Manager plays a supporting role to the Project Manager in managing assigned construction projects. This position operates under direct guidance, carries out routine daily tasks, and collects and disseminates information. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, a collaborative team player, and possess excellent communication and client service skills.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

o 2-5 years of industry experience

o Reliability

o Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft suite

o Broad knowledge of the construction industry

o Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

o Basic math and accounting abilities

o Works effectively within a team environment

o Strong time management and organizational skills

o Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
