Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Service Supervisor to join our team at a leading mechanical construction company in East Weymouth, MA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, a strong commitment to excellent customer service, and a proven track record within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Supervise and lead a team of service technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and motivated.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the service department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with preference given to those with experience in service management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management software.
