Job Description

A position is available for an Associate Attorney to join our client's team, focusing on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. This role will have a hybrid work schedule and will be based in Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in bankruptcy cases, commercial litigation, and real estate/transactional work.
• Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including contracts and motions.
• Directly communicate with clients and adversaries.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or real estate/transaction work.
• Must be admitted to the New Jersey bar (PA and/or NY admission is a plus).
• Strong skills in legal drafting, writing, and verbal communication.
• Efficient multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
