Our client, an esteemed law firm that received recognition in the latest edition of Best Law Firms®, is in search of a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas. This opportunity entails working on a wide range of complex civil litigation cases, dealing with cutting-edge legal matters for fascinating clients across various industries. We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in litigation and the ability to handle intricate cases effectively.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate of a top-tier law school (JD) with a remarkable academic record.

  • Active Bar Admission in Nevada.

  • At least 2 years of substantive experience in litigation, covering areas such as professional liability, employment defense, products liability, accounting, legal malpractice, financial services litigation, architects & engineers, or general construction litigation.

  • Solid skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.

  • Desire to be part of a busy national practice, showcasing initiative and the capability to take on responsibility for cases.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, working effectively within a large, collaborative team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle intricate commercial litigation cases in various practice areas.

  • Oversee cases from start to finish, which includes drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

  • Provide strategic advice to clients on managing risks and resolving disputes.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop inventive legal strategies and solutions.

  • Work alongside a team of experienced attorneys to deliver top-quality legal services.
