ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Location: Newport Beach, CA

Our client, an esteemed law firm acknowledged in the 2024 edition of Top Law Firms^®, is in search of a highly motivated Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Newport Beach, Orange County, CA. This position presents an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of complex civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for diverse clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess a JD from a top-tier law school with a solid academic background.

• Must hold an Active Bar Admission in California.

• Have 1+ years of substantial experience in litigation, including professional liability, employment defense, products liability, toxic torts, environmental disputes, architects & engineers, and/or general construction litigation.

• Possess excellent skills in legal research, writing, and analysis.

• Exhibit a strong desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to take charge of matters.

• Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to work effectively as a member of a large, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively handle intricate commercial litigation matters spanning various practice areas.

• Oversee cases from initiation to resolution, including the drafting of pleadings, conducting discovery, and prepping for trial.

• Provide strategic guidance to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

• Work collaboratively with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver top-notch legal services.
