They specialize in various areas of litigation, including commercial litigation, consumer debt collection litigation, bankruptcy litigation, representing Chapter 7 trustees, handling landlord-tenant disputes, and business litigation. The firm serves a diverse clientele, ranging from large corporations to small businesses and individual real estate investors.

Job Description

• Take responsibility for the entire process of commercial litigation and consumer debt collection litigation cases, including going to trial when necessary.
• Efficiently manage a high-volume practice while maintaining attention to detail.
• Travel to courthouses throughout PA and NJ as required.
• Prepare and present motions, conduct depositions, and oversee the discovery process.
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategies and offer legal advice.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial and consumer debt collection litigation.
• Experience in bankruptcy litigation is highly preferred.
• Must be licensed to practice law in both PA and NJ; PA litigation experience is a must.
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and handle a significant workload.
