Job Description:

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to handle large-scale transactions involving commercial real estate, including acquisitions, developments, and financing deals. Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing due diligence, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders and facilitate the closing of complex deals.

Qualifications:

• Must have a JD degree and be an active member of the Florida bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling large-scale real estate transactions.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
