Job Description

• Handle all aspects of construction defect litigation from beginning to end with minimal supervision
• Conduct discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Engage and collaborate with expert witnesses for expert discovery
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Work collaboratively with a team to achieve client and firm objectives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction defect cases
• Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to handle cases independently
• Admission to the California Bar
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
