Job Description

• Take charge of construction defect litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Manage discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations
• Engage and collaborate with expert witnesses for expert discovery
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Work with a team to achieve the goals of clients and the firm

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction defect litigation
• At least 2 years of litigation experience
• Strong litigation skills, including the ability to handle cases independently
• Admission to the California Bar
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
