Associate Attorney – Employment Law
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Attorney specializing in Employment Law to join our esteemed law firm client in Glendale, California.
Office Requirements: The candidate must be present in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week and should be comfortable representing clients in court. Onsite work is preferred, but hybrid arrangements can be considered.
Salary Range: The salary ranges from $100,000 to $160,000 depending on the candidate's experience (1-4 years). An additional 4% increase in salary per additional year of experience will apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle federal court litigation, specifically focusing on employee benefits law.
- Take charge of case management, cooperate with paralegals, and attend court hearings.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to the California Bar.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in litigation.
- Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures would be advantageous.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are required.
