Job Description

• Independently handle personal injury defense litigation matters from the beginning to trial with minimal supervision.
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
• Appear independently for court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Collaborate with the legal team to achieve client and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury defense.
• Must be a licensed attorney in California.
• Demonstrated expertise in litigation, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
