Job Description

• Independently handle personal injury defense litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Oversee all aspects of discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery.
• Appear in court, attend depositions, and represent the firm at hearings independently.
• Collaborate closely with the legal team to achieve client and firm objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury defense.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
