Job Description:

• Handle personal injury and civil litigation cases, primarily focusing on personal injury
• Manage both pre-litigation and litigation processes
• Participate in construction-related cases when required
• Effectively manage a caseload while meeting billable hour requirements (minimum of 1,650 hours/year)
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and staff to develop case strategies and represent clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar
• Strong litigation skills with the ability to handle cases from start to finish
• Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation processes
