Job Description:

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases, with a specific emphasis on personal injury
• Handle both pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Contribute to construction-related cases, as required
• Effectively handle a caseload while meeting the minimum billable hour requirement of 1,650 hours/year
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on case strategy and client representation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar
• Demonstrated expertise in litigation, capable of handling cases from inception to conclusion
• Experience in both pre-litigation and litigation processes
