Job Description

• Manage real estate and title litigation cases from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Supervise the discovery processes, site inspections, depositions, expert retention, and expert discovery
• Handle court appearances, depositions, and hearings independently
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals set by clients and the firm
• Regularly communicate with clients and provide updates on cases

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate/title
• Admitted to the California Bar
• Some litigation skills, including case management and courtroom experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
