Assurance Services Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an Assurance Manager to oversee the fieldwork of our assurance services staff and take on managerial and supervisory responsibilities for various client engagements and projects in the areas of assurance and auditing. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients of different sizes and scopes.

Our assurance services are tailored specifically to privately held businesses in the entrepreneurial sector. Some of the services we provide include:

  • Conducting audits, reviews, and compilations
  • Performing agreed-upon procedures
  • Evaluating internal controls by reviewing accounting processes and analyzing key financial metrics
  • Preparing forecasts and projections
  • Assisting with due diligence and acquisitions

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Hold a CPA designation
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in public accounting
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing client engagements and building relationships
  • Display exceptional leadership skills and abilities
  • Preference given to candidates with healthcare or skilled nursing experience
The position is based in our Cleveland, OH office.
