Legal Professional - Civil Litigation

A reputable and established national law firm headquartered in Tucker, GA, is in search of a dynamic and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney. At this firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior partners on a diverse range of cases, providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience of 7+ years. Experience in Creditors Rights Bankruptcy is a plus...consideration will be given to those with Criminal experience; also Personal Injury experience will be considered. MUST HAVE SEVERAL YEARS OF Trial and Courtroom Experience !
• Admission to the GA Bar
• Ability to establish rapport with clients.
• Strong case management and organizational skills, including multitasking with multiple cases

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective legal strategies for favorable client outcomes.
• Display attention to detail when preparing and submitting legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and gathering evidence.
• Effectively communicate with clients, providing updates on case progress and clear explanations of legal matters.
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Excellent writing skills.

Billable Hour Expectation: 1600 per year

Salary plus quarterly performance-based bonus and end-of-year discretionary bonus

(Quarterly Incentive Bonus paid for any hours exceeding 400 billable per quarter)
