Civil Litigation Lawyer Openings

A reputable and well-established national law firm headquartered in Tucker, GA, is seeking an accomplished and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney. In this role, you will collaborate directly with our managing partners, handling a wide range of cases and delivering first-class legal representation to our clients.

Requirements:

• Preferably 5+ years of experience. Experience in Creditors Rights Bankruptcy is a plus...consideration given to those with Criminal or Personal Injury experience. Prior trial and courtroom experience is necessary!
• Active GA Bar Admission
• Ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
• Solid case management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail when preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Efficiently manage the discovery process, including conducting depositions, handling document requests, and gathering evidence.
• Effectively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about case progress and providing clear explanations of legal matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Possess excellent writing skills.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1600 per year

Base Salary plus quarterly performance bonus and discretionary end-of-year bonus

(Quarterly Incentive Bonus awarded for every hour worked beyond 400 billable hours per quarter)
