Lawyer - Civil Litigation

A highly regarded and well-established national law firm based in Tucker, GA, seeks a motivated and ambitious Civil Litigation Lawyer. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the managing partners on a wide range of cases, delivering exceptional legal counsel to our clients.

Requirements:

• Preferably 5+ years of experience. Experience in Creditors Rights Bankruptcy is beneficial...Criminal experience will also be considered; Personal Injury experience will be taken into account. MUST HAVE SEVERAL YEARS OF REGULAR Trial and Courtroom Experience!
• Must be admitted to the GA Bar
• Ability to establish strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent case management and organization abilities, including handling multiple cases simultaneously

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the capability to develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Exhibit attention to detail when preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering.
• Effectively communicate with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their case and providing clear explanations of legal matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
• Superb writing skills.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1600 per year

Salary in addition to quarterly performance-based bonus and end-of-year discretionary bonus

(Quarterly Bonus awarded for any hours exceeding 400 billable per quarter)
