Our client is a prestigious and well-established personal injury law firm based in Houston, renowned for its dedication to advocating for clients and achieving favorable outcomes. We are currently seeking a motivated and committed bilingual trial lawyer to join our team and oversee a varied personal injury caseload. As an Attorney, you will handle all aspects of personal injury cases, starting from the initial stages through to trial. This role encompasses diverse case types such as commercial motor vehicle accidents, nonsubscriber/third-party work injuries, premises liability, product liability, and more. Your trial skills and legal expertise will be essential in successfully resolving these cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of a diverse personal injury caseload, from the initial consultation to the trial.
• Conduct thorough case evaluations, including conducting legal research and gathering evidence.
• Develop and implement effective case strategies, which may involve pre-trial motions and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in court, including presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and delivering compelling arguments.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws and legal precedents.
• Effectively communicate with clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all case documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation and case management.
• Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases throughout all stages of litigation, including trial.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a requirement.
• Must possess an active Texas Bar License in good standing.
• Strong presence in the courtroom with exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex cases and high-pressure situations.
