We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. As a Finance Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch legal counsel and support in various areas such as real estate development, public finance initiatives, and public law issues.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing your extensive legal expertise to offer guidance and assistance in matters related to real estate development, public finance, and public law.
• Conducting in-depth research and analysis to ensure the effective representation of our clients.
• Playing an active role in ongoing and new projects, actively contributing to the success of our team.
• Engaging with clients to build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
• Handling a diverse range of legal cases, including those related to real estate development, public-private partnerships, and public law.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements in real estate development projects and public finance initiatives.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements to safeguard client interests.

We require the following qualifications:

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited law school is mandatory.
• A current Texas Bar license in good standing is essential to practice law in the state.
• A minimum of 2 years of legal experience is required, preferably in areas such as special purpose districts, real estate development, municipal law, or public-private partnerships.
• A demonstrated ability to assume a significant role in projects and build strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
