Our client, a reputable Austin law firm that offers a comprehensive range of legal services, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and will play a key role in handling various real estate matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and assistance to a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, owners, users, and lenders, on a national, regional, and local level in relation to real estate and commercial transactions.
• Collaborate closely with clients throughout each project phase to help them achieve optimal returns on their investments.
• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including contract negotiations, closings, and reviewing titles and due diligence.
• Assist landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters, including negotiation and potential litigation.
• Advise clients involved in business and stock sales, land acquisition, financing, development, municipality law, debt restructures, foreclosures, construction contracts, and disputes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably from a law firm background.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective solutions.
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Show an entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for professional growth and client development.
