Audit Supervisor - Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking talented and experienced Audit Supervisors to join our dynamic team at a well-established and highly profitable CPA firm. This is a hybrid role that allows you to work both remotely from home and in our office, offering flexible hours and a healthy work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse SEC and closely held clients from various industries, paving the way for fast-track promotions and above-market compensation packages. Additionally, relocation expenses may be covered for out-of-town candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with conducting audits and financial statement reviews
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clients to analyze and improve internal controls
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and management
• Supervise and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Audit Supervisor or above at a Big-4, national, or large local CPA firm
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with a U.S. based CPA firm
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients and team members
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
