Senior Audit Supervisor

Location: Irvine, CA

CPA Firm Audit Managers, Seniors and Experienced Staff - Hybrid - Fully Remote Home Based 2-3 days per week with in-office / client facing work 2-3 days per week. Will assist with relocation expenses for out of town candidates.

Our reputable and thriving CPA firm is currently offering a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to join our team as Audit Managers, Seniors, and Experienced Staff. This role combines the flexibility of working remotely from both our office and your home, with a balanced schedule of 2-3 days per week. We prioritize work-life balance and provide a wide range of SEC and closely held clients across various industries, along with accelerated career growth and competitive compensation packages. In addition, Experienced Staff and Seniors are eligible for paid overtime at time and one-half, while Managers can benefit from significant bonuses. For outstanding candidates from out of town, relocation assistance and H1 visa transfer support may be available, although not mandatory.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates who are currently (or recently) at an Experienced Staff or Senior level or above with a Big-4, national, or large local CPA firm. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with a U.S.-based CPA firm.
