Audit Manager/ Sr. Manager

Position: Senior Audit Manager

Location: Akron, OH

  • Effectively prioritize workloads to ensure efficient task completion
  • Create comprehensive plans and strategies for individual projects
  • Direct and supervise the work of a team of professionals
  • Independently analyze complex matters and provide insightful solutions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in identifying potential business opportunities
  • Establish and foster new client relationships
  • Cultivate an extensive network of professional contacts and connections

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Exhibit strong professional and technical reputation, serving as a role model for colleagues
  • Possess experience in one or multiple specialized industries
  • Prior experience of at least 5 years in public accounting, including supervisory or in-charge roles
  • Hold a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; Master's degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities
  • Established or developing industry-specific reputation and visibility
  • Strong network of professional contacts and connections
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail is an added advantage
