- Experience in various specialized industries or areas of expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, with previous supervisory or in-charge responsibilities.
- Must hold a CPA certification.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Established or developing industry-specific reputation and visibility, including a wide network of professional contacts and influential individuals.
- Experience in manufacturing, employee benefit plans, or retail is considered a valuable asset.
