  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, with prior supervisory or in-charge responsibilities.
  • CPA certification obligatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance is mandatory, while a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent aptitude for problem-solving and managing projects.
  • Established or developing reputation and visibility in specific industry sectors, with a prominent network of professional contacts and influential entities.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail considered advantageous.
