Job Description

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional skills in team management, including the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor employees.
  • Demonstrated role model behavior for staff and professionals, showcasing a strong professional and technical reputation.
  • Experience in various specialized industries or areas of expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience, with previous supervisory or in-charge responsibilities.
  • Must hold a CPA certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Established or developing industry-specific reputation and visibility, including a wide network of professional contacts and influential individuals.
  • Experience in manufacturing, employee benefit plans, or retail is considered a valuable asset.
