Job Responsibilities:

• Execute audit or review procedures and provide assistance with assigned projects.
• Gain a deep understanding of the industries, business operations, and accounting/control systems of clients.
• Evaluate risks and assess internal control structures.
• Perform analytical procedures, substantive tests, and controls testing to identify and resolve issues related to accounting and reporting.
• Create and review financial statements and other deliverables for clients.
• Supervise, train, and review the work of junior auditors.
• Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Participate actively in all aspects of engagements, from planning to final issuance.
• Show proficiency in technical skills, ensure high-quality work, and adhere to professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in public accounting.
• Have experience working with not-for-profit organizations, unions, and benefit plans.
• Hold a CPA license.
• Be willing to travel to client locations as required.
• Possess a strong knowledge of US GAAP, US GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
