Audit Senior/ Manager – Public Accounting – Hybrid/Remote

Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Growing CPA firm located in the vibrant city of Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Audit Manager who can work remotely with a flexible, hybrid schedule.

As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of projects and engagements for a diverse range of clients across various industries. This includes overseeing the planning, direction, and completion of audits, as well as handling financial statements and resolving technical accounting issues. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with partners and staff to manage clients, develop the practice, and facilitate business growth. You will be assigned a dedicated group of clients to support.

The role of an Audit Senior involves managing projects and engagements for multiple clients across diverse industries. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, directing, and completing audits, along with resolving any technical accounting matters.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

-Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting

-For audit manager positions, a CPA and a minimum of five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting are required;

-Exceptional analytical and technical skills are essential;

-Client service and communication skills are crucial, including the ability to establish and maintain outstanding client relationships;

-You should thrive in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-driven team environment, handling multiple engagements and competing priorities;

-Proficiency in computer/PC applications, including audit-preparation software, is expected, along with an understanding of the role of technology in the field.
