Bakery Manager – Market / Catering

Well-established artisanal bakery, specializing in gourmet pastries and desserts. We are a privately owned company dedicated to creating delectable delicacies for all types of events. From elegant fine dining experiences to casual buffets, we offer a wide range of options to satisfy every palate. Our expertise also extends to crafting beautiful custom wedding cakes.


Actively manage a team of 20 employees, overseeing the day-to-day bakery operations. Develop and implement strategies to enhance performance, streamline processes, and ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations. Maintain inventory levels, optimize workflow, and monitor key performance indicators. Effectively manage financial data, budgets, and forecasting. Coordinate special projects and collaborations with other departments.


Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery management or as a pastry chef.

Proven leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Extensive knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, food safety regulations, and proper procedures implementation.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Previous experience in hiring and training bakery staff.
