Banking Litigation Associate

We are currently seeking a driven and dedicated associate attorney to join our esteemed Financial Litigation Team in Philadelphia. This exciting full-time position involves representing financial institutions in banking-related litigation matters and collaborating with experienced lawyers in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a non-partnership track role that offers tremendous growth opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduated from a top-tier law school with excellent academic performance.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 2–4 years of relevant litigation experience in representing financial institutions.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in handling all stages of banking litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting motion practice, and communicating with clients.
  • Bankruptcy experience is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal representation to financial institutions in banking litigation matters.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to banking litigation.
  • Manage case files, conduct legal research, and develop effective case strategies.
  • Communicate directly with clients to provide updates on case progress and discuss legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case management and successful outcomes.
