Our client, an esteemed AmLaw 100 law firm, is in search of a committed Associate Attorney to join their accomplished Banking & Financial Services Litigation Team in Cherry Hill, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, or North Jersey, NJ. This full-time role presents the opportunity to advocate for lenders in mortgage foreclosure cases while collaborating closely with seasoned attorneys in a dynamic and cooperative atmosphere. This is a non-partnership track opportunity.
Candidate Profile:
- Holder of a Juris Doctor (JD) from a prestigious law school with a commendable academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 2–4 years of considerable experience representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure cases.
- Adept in legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Seasoned in managing various stages of foreclosure litigation, including drafting legal documents, motions, and client communication.
- Possession of bankruptcy experience is an advantage.
- Capacity to work independently and foster collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as legal representation for financial institutions in mortgage foreclosure litigation.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documentation pertaining to foreclosure matters.
- Oversee case files, perform legal research, and devise case strategies.
- Directly communicate with clients regarding case progress and legal strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys at the firm to ensure efficient case management and favorable outcomes.
