Our client, a prestigious law firm ranked in the top AmLaw 100, is in search of a talented Bankruptcy and Restructuring Associate to join their team at either the Atlanta or Nashville office. This presents an exceptional opportunity for a driven lawyer to become part of an experienced team, working on intricate Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and transactional restructuring matters.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Must have achieved a Juris Doctor (JD) from a renowned law school, with a stellar academic performance.
• Legal Bar Admission in Georgia or Tennessee is mandatory.
• Must have gained between 2 to 5 years of substantial experience in a bankruptcy and restructuring practice, specializing in complex bankruptcy cases in Chapter 11 and transactional restructuring.
• Experience in bankruptcy litigation, exhibiting exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients involved in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and transactional restructuring matters.
• Work collaboratively with national financial institutions to design and establish new loan programs.
• Aid in the development and implementation of strategies for bankruptcy litigation, including creating pleadings and motions, and managing the discovery process.
• Contribute as part of a cohesive and intellectually stimulating team, making valuable contributions to high-stakes bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
